生产全过程数字化追溯
我们采用制造执行系统（MES）统筹生产流程，涵盖工装设备、操作人员及生产节拍管理。通过车间数据可视化系统，我们可实时监控生产效率与精度，从而实现更及时的质量管控。操作人员均经过专业技术培训，且拥有多年经验，确保整条装配线协作顺畅高效。
自动化生产制造
通过机械臂与传送带，挤出及注塑车间实现从原料上料到成品转运的100%自动化生产。通过SMT贴片机、老化架、自动包装机等自动化设备，超过50%的装配工序已实现自动化。我们正积极推进打造行业首条全自动化生产线，以实现更高的生产效率与产品质量。
强大的产品设计研发能力
我们每年申请十余项专利，涵盖外观设计、产品结构及生产设备等领域。研发团队对现有产品进行持续迭代，使产品性能逐年稳步提升。
新品研发快速落地
从前期概念验证到最终成品确认，研发团队可在3-5天内出具初步产品方案，一周内完成样品制作，并在3个月内实现最终产品量产交付。

Through implementing Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) together with Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) system, we are able to integrate our material preparation and storage with MES, leading to more efficient planning and operation
